Energy Healing is an umbrella term for the hands-on transference of energy from practitioner to client, balancing the energetic field in their physical and subtle bodies. The general principle is when energy (also known as chi, qi and prana) gets blocked due to physical, mental and chemical stressors, it can promote ‘dis-ease’ in the body. By clearing these pathways via the chakras, meridians, auric body and nadis practitioners can support a person’s innate healing system and promote physical and emotional well-being.
