Brenda is a Clinical Hypnotherapist specializing in smoking and vaping cessation, weight management, and trauma support. Her path into this work began 35 years ago, when she discovered Reiki as a healing tool — first for herself, then for others. That early experience sparked a lifelong journey of self-development, shaped by personal health challenges and years of training with spiritual mentors, health coaches, and nutrition experts. Hypnotherapy became the missing piece: a way to help people move past their own barriers and create lasting change.
As a certified Quit Smoking Hypnotherapy Specialist, trained in some of the most advanced techniques available in Australia, Brenda has helped nearly a thousand smokers become non-smokers over the past six years.
Her work also extends to trauma — including PTSD, anxiety, panic attacks, grief, and depression — as well as weight management. After more than a decade as a Weight Loss Coach focused on nutrition, Brenda saw firsthand that food alone isn't the full picture; mindset and habits are just as critical to lasting success. That shift has transformed the way she helps clients reach their ideal weight and build sustainable lifestyle changes. She also supports clients working through phobias, public speaking, pain management, confidence, sports performance, tinnitus, and more.
Clients describe Brenda's approach as both gentle and grounded — creating a space where they feel supported, motivated, and genuinely excited about the possibility of change. Many say they feel instantly at ease and in trusted hands.
Brenda is a registered member of the Clinical Hypnosis Australia Association and the International Institute for Complementary Therapies, ensuring clients receive care from a qualified and respected professional.

A clinical hynotherapist combines hypnotherapy with counselling or psychotherapy techniques, and can support clients with mood disorders, phobias, sleep disorders, and other mental health or behavioural challenges. Note: Clinical Hypnotherapy is distinct from Hypnotherapy. Each has different study requirements.
- Reiki IIReiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions.
