I work with people who are carrying a lot of responsibility and noticing that sustained pressure is affecting how they think, respond, and move through their lives.

Usually, by the time someone reaches out, they already know what they should do. Stress, overload, emotional intensity, or long-standing patterns are interfering with access to their own clarity and steadiness in the moment.

My work focuses on nervous system capacity, self-awareness, and self-leadership under pressure.

Some of this work is practical and immediate:

learning how to recognize activation, regulate the nervous system, and stay present enough to respond intentionally instead of react automatically.

Some of the work goes deeper:

addressing unresolved experiences and internal patterns that continue shaping reactions beneath the surface.
