Christina Lavers is a clinical hypnotherapist, psychotherapist, certified Beyond Quantum Healing (BQH) practitioner, and shadow work specialist based in Upper Orara in the hills behind Coffs Harbour, NSW. She works with clients in person and online via Zoom, offering sessions to people across Australia and internationally.

Her approach is integrative and soul-guided, drawing on Jungian active imagination as a foundational methodology alongside inner child healing, parts work (IFS), past life exploration, and BQH — a heart-centred modality that supports deep subconscious exploration and connection with the higher self. Whether working with someone who identifies as spiritual or someone simply seeking to understand their patterns and heal what keeps them stuck, Christina meets people exactly where they are — without agenda, projection, or force.

Christina's path into this work was not theoretical. Her own awakening began in the early 1990s, long before spiritual experience was part of mainstream conversation. With over thirty years of personal shadow work and seven years in clinical practice, she brings a depth of lived understanding that shapes everything she does.

She holds a Diploma of Clinical Hypnotic Sciences, is a Full Member of the IICT, and holds Recommended Therapist status with the HTA. She is also the author of two books: Retrieving Shadows: A Return to the Heart, a shadow work handbook, and Jump Into the Blue, a memoir. Her writing has appeared on Wake Up World, The Art of Healing, and a range of conscious living platforms.
