Elaine Bowler Reiki - Equine & Animal Reiki Practitioner
Lainey Bowler
About

My name is Lainey Bowler. Welcome — I'm so glad you were guided here.

I'm an experienced Japanese Usui Reiki Master Teacher and certified Equine and Animal Reiki Practitioner, supporting people and their beloved animals.

A lifelong animal lover and rescuer, I offer holistic energy healing for people, horses, pets, and companion animals.

I'm also completing training as an End-of-Life Practitioner and Animal Pet Death Doula, offering compassionate support during life's tender transitions.

My soul-calling is guiding you and your animals back to sovereignty and serenity — a sanctuary of calm, balance, and peace within.

From childhood, I carried a gift for telepathic communication with animals and the spirit realm.

Over thirty years of study across esoteric, spiritual, and energy healing traditions have refined my ability to work with both animals and people.

Reiki is a gentle Japanese holistic modality promoting harmony and the body's natural capacity to heal.

It gently activates the parasympathetic nervous system, guiding the body out of fight-flight-freeze into a restorative rest-and-digest state — ideal for natural healing.

During a session — in-person or at a distance — universal life-force energy is channelled to restore balance across the emotional, mental, spiritual, and physical bodies. Think wifi: invisible, yet connecting everything. Reiki clears stagnant energy, soothes stressful emotions, and restores your own Ki.

I offer convenient onsite mobile services to Ballarat and surrounding areas, plus online remote appointments. I'm passionate about Kokoro — the mind-heart-spirit connection between animals and their humans — and offer workshops and Reiki classes for self-development, self-care, and lasting wellbeing.

Kokoro — the mind-heart-spirit connection. Healing hearts, restoring trust, one breath at a time.

Reach out to book your obligation-free discovery call and discover how Reiki can support you and your animals to thrive.

Sovereignty and Serenity. In Gassho, Lainey 🙏

Approved Modalities
  • Reiki III (Master)
Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions. For IICT purposes, a Reiki Master is someone who is qualified to teach and attune others to Reiki.

  • Reiki on Animals
Reiki is a form of alternative medicine, developed in 1922, by Japanese Buddhist Mikao Usui. Reiki on animals involves the use of energy healing techniques to promote physical and emotional well-being in animals. During a Reiki session, a practitioner uses light touch or hands-off techniques to balance the energy flow within an animal's body, helping to reduce stress, relieve pain, and improve overall health and vitality. Reiki on animals is commonly used to support healing and recovery from illness or injury, as well as to promote relaxation and emotional balance in animals who may be experiencing anxiety, fear, or other emotional challenges.

  • Equine Reiki
Equine Reiki is a form of energy healing that focuses on promoting balance, relaxation, and well-being in horses. It involves the gentle laying of hands on or near the horse's body to channel healing energy. The practitioner connects with the horse's energy field and works to remove blockages, release tension, and stimulate the horse's natural healing abilities. Equine Reiki can help reduce stress, ease physical discomfort, and enhance emotional and mental well-being in horses. It is a non-invasive and holistic approach that aims to support the horse's overall health, vitality, and harmonious connection with its environment.
