About

Emilie Joy Rowell is an embodiment and pelvic wellbeing coach who's spent 18+ years working with women, starting as a birth worker and doula, moving through yoga and hula hoop performance to landing somewhere that brings together the somatic, the biomechanic, and the practical. More likely to be called a bitch than a witch, she's a body geek and a depth junkie, here for the viscera and the visceral.

Her work helps women who've lost their sense of self, in motherhood, in the grind, in life, reconnect with their bodies so they feel more confident and more like themselves again. She runs seasonal somatic workshops, sauna gatherings, and one-to-one coaching. She is also The Body Doula supporting women through pregnancy, postpartum and beyond.
