Hi, I'm Kirsty. Gifts from Gaia is my holistic wellness sanctuary located just 15 minutes south of Hobart, Tasmania. Since 2010, I've been helping people restore balance, reconnect with themselves and support their wellbeing through holistic healing, immersive workshops and a beautiful crystal shop.

Whether you're seeking relaxation, emotional healing, spiritual growth or simply some time to nurture yourself, I'm here to support you on your journey.

Healing Services

I offer personalised sessions including Reiki, Crystal Healing, Intuitive Energy Healing, Past Life Regression Therapy, plus a range of other alternative therapies. Other holistic therapies, each tailored to your individual needs.

Wellness Workshops

If you're ready to deepen your knowledge and develop your own healing skills, I teach Reiki Level 1 and 2, Crystal Therapy, Meditation, Mindfulness and Spiritual Development in small, supportive classes.
