- Art TherapyArt Therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that integrates established psychology models with active art-making, creative process and applied psychological theory. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Art Therapists use kinesthetic, sensory, perceptual and symbolic opportunities to explore emotions and feelings which may be limited by language. This empowers the client to tap into their inner well of knowledge to discover solutions and insights in their own way. Art Therapists can help with things like mental health, eating disorders, life changes, anxiety and depression, self-discovery, family and relationship crisis, addiction and substance abuse, and spiritual crises. In some countries, the title Art Therapy or Therapist is regulated. It is essential you are familiar with and adhere to the laws in your state/province or country which govern the appropriate use of titles, require licensure/registration, or a specific level of education.
- Dance Movement TherapyDance Movement Therapy (DMT) is the psychotherapeutic use of movement to enhance emotional, social, cognitive, and physical integration, promoting overall well-being. Based on the correlation between movement and emotion, DMT practitioners view movement as a primary form of expression. They believe in the interconnectedness of mind, body, and spirit and use movement interventions tailored to each individual's needs. These interventions may include mirroring, using movement metaphors, or props to express emotions or challenges. DMT can address various physical, behavioral, and mental health issues such as mood management, trauma, eating disorders, autism, and more. Sessions are conducted individually or in groups, and DMT is adaptable to different settings.
- Pranic HealingPranic Healing® is a touch-free energetic healing system developed by Grandmaster Choa Kok Sui over a 20-year period. Similar to Reiki, pranic healing utilises “universal energy” to accelerate the body’s innate ability to heal itself. Physical ailments first appear as energetic disruptions in a person’s aura or energy body. At the beginning of a session, practitioners scan the client’s body to identify these disruptions. By applying pranic healing to the bio-electromagnetic field (aura), practitioners remove these blockages and transfer fresh prana to the affected part of the body.
- Spiritual DirectorshipA Spiritual Director is a trained individual who provides guidance and support to individuals seeking to deepen their spiritual journey. They offer a safe and non-judgmental space for exploration and reflection, helping individuals connect with their inner selves, their relationship with the divine, and their purpose in life. A Spiritual Director listens attentively, asks thought-provoking questions, and offers insightful perspectives to help individuals discern their spiritual path and navigate challenges along the way. They may draw from various spiritual traditions and practices, but their primary focus is on facilitating the direct experience of the divine and fostering spiritual growth. A Spiritual Director serves as a companion and guide, assisting individuals in their quest for meaning, transformation, and connection to the sacred.
- Tibetan Singing Bowl TherapyTibetan singing bowls are metal bowls that have been used for thousands of years in sound healing rituals. They are crafted from precious metals such as lead, tin, copper, mercury, silver and gold and each bowl produces a unique frequency. Practitioners use strikers or wooden mallets to produce harmonious vibrations that promote deep relaxation and well-being. Singing bowls can be used one-on-one or in a group setting and can be a stand-alone treatment or a complement to energy healing, massage and other alternative therapies.
- Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)®Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)® were created by David Berceli, Ph.D., an international expert in the areas of trauma intervention and conflict resolution. Trauma Release Exercises (TRE)® are based on the human body’s natural shaking reflex that triggers when humans are physically or emotionally stressed. For example, when someone’s hands shake during public speaking, when the body trembles after trauma or shock, such as a car accident, or when muscles begin to quiver during physical exertion. Through simple, body-based exercises TRE invokes these tremors in a safe and controlled way to release muscular tension, relax the nervous system and return the body to homeostasis.

- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that may be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
- NLP CoachingNeuro Linguistic Programming Coaching supports clients to access their dormant potential and achieve more in life.
