- AstrologyAstrology is an ancient form of divination that studies the connection between celestial activity and events on Earth. It involves understanding and interpreting the positions of stars, planets, and the Moon to predict personal and world events. There are different types of Astrology, such as Chinese and Vedic Astrology, each with unique calendars and approaches. Astrologers use this knowledge to provide insights on a person's life path, relationship compatibility, career, and personality traits. They can also predict significant events on a global scale, such as elections, financial markets, and social trends, making it a versatile tool for gaining insights into various aspects of life and the world.
- Reiki III (Master)Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions. For IICT purposes, a Reiki Master is someone who is qualified to teach and attune others to Reiki.
- ThetaHealing®ThetaHealing® is a holistic healing technique that utilizes the Theta brainwave state to identify and change limiting beliefs, patterns, and emotions. Developed by Vianna Stibal, it combines elements of spirituality, quantum physics, and energy healing. Practitioners access the Theta brainwave state through meditation, allowing them to connect with the subconscious mind and facilitate deep healing and transformation. By exploring and replacing negative beliefs with positive ones, ThetaHealing® aims to release blocks and create profound shifts in mindset and behavior. This modality is used to address physical, emotional, and spiritual issues, promoting self-awareness, empowerment, and personal growth. ThetaHealing® offers a gentle yet powerful approach to healing, harnessing the innate wisdom and potential within each individual.
- Angelic HealingAngelic Healing involves practitioners channeling energy from higher-transdimensional beings known as angels to address physical, emotional, and spiritual imbalances. Different angels and beings, such as Archangel Michael, offer assistance for various challenges. Sessions are intuitive and utilize energetic clearing methods, with potential for practitioners to relay angelic messages with client consent. Angelic Healing promotes alignment, vitality, spiritual connection, fear alleviation, pain relief, activation of gifts, stress reduction, and deep relaxation. Each session is unique, tailored to the client's needs, ultimately fostering a sense of harmony, increased energy, and a stronger connection with one's higher self.
- Biofield HealingBiofield Healing is a holistic approach to well-being that acknowledges the existence of a subtle energy field surrounding and interpenetrating the human body. Practitioners work with this biofield to promote physical, emotional, and spiritual health. They use various techniques, including energy healing, to remove blockages and restore balance to the biofield. This balance is believed to support the body's natural healing processes and enhance overall vitality. Biofield Healing is based on the idea that imbalances in the biofield can manifest as physical or emotional ailments, and by addressing these imbalances, individuals can experience improved well-being and a greater sense of wholeness.
- Seichim / SekhemSeichim, derived from ancient Egyptian wisdom, signifies the "power of powers" or universal energy. Revived by modern practitioners like Patrick Scott Zeigler, Pheonix Summerfield, and Diane Ruth Shewmaker, it enriches Reiki by integrating elements like Sakara (Fire), Sophi-Ei (Water), and Angelic-light (Air). Similar to Reiki, practitioners channel divine energy and employ sacred symbols for physical and subtle body healing. However, Seichim uniquely honors Sekhmet, the Egyptian goddess of war and healing, focusing on deep emotional healing and spiritual growth. Beginning at the root chakra and culminating at the crown, Seichim sessions can be hands-on, hands-off, or conducted remotely, aiming to harmonize energies and facilitate holistic well-being.
- Art TherapyArt Therapy is an integrative mental health and human services profession that integrates established psychology models with active art-making, creative process and applied psychological theory. Unlike traditional talk therapy, Art Therapists use kinesthetic, sensory, perceptual and symbolic opportunities to explore emotions and feelings which may be limited by language. This empowers the client to tap into their inner well of knowledge to discover solutions and insights in their own way. Art Therapists can help with things like mental health, eating disorders, life changes, anxiety and depression, self-discovery, family and relationship crisis, addiction and substance abuse, and spiritual crises. In some countries, the title Art Therapy or Therapist is regulated. It is essential you are familiar with and adhere to the laws in your state/province or country which govern the appropriate use of titles, require licensure/registration, or a specific level of education.

- Voice DialogueVoice Dialogue is a therapeutic approach developed by Drs. Hal and Sidra Stone that explores the various inner voices or subpersonalities within an individual's psyche. It recognizes that we have different aspects or "voices" that influence our thoughts, feelings, and behaviors. Through guided exploration and dialogue, Voice Dialogue allows individuals to identify and understand these inner voices, such as the inner critic, inner child, or inner wise self. The goal is to develop awareness, acceptance, and integration of these voices, fostering greater self-understanding, balance, and empowerment. Voice Dialogue can be used for personal growth, relationship dynamics, and psychological healing.
