Our mission, through Yoga, Qi Gong, Pilates, meditation and Wellbeing Retreats is to help you to keep doing the things you love, injury free, pain free and mindfully. We provide you with a place, a space and a community that you can retreat to and away from the pressures and stresses of everyday life and reconnect with yourself and your breath.

Approved Modalities
  • Qi Gong
    Qigong (pronounced chi-gong) was developed thousands of years ago as a form of Chinese Medicine. Qi translates to “subtle breath” and gong translates to “skill cultivated through steady practice.” It combines gentle movement, deep breathing, and mind regulation to optimise energy in the mind, body and spirit. There are hundreds of forms of qigong exercises, including Tai Chi, Baduanjin, Liuzijue, Hu Yue Xian, Yijin King, and Medical Qigong, and they all have the primary aim of reducing stress and building stamina, increasing vitality, and enhancing immune function.
  • Yoga
    A physical, mental and spiritual practice, Yoga is a Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas dating more than 2,500 years. Classes are generally 1 - 1 ½ hrs in duration and incorporate physical postures and movement (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama), relaxation and concentration, philosophy, and meditation. Yoga benefits the physical and mental body by enhancing flexibility, improving muscle strength and tone, increasing body awareness, and promoting relaxation and calm.
  • ChiBall™
    ChiBall™ is a holistic exercise program that combines elements of Tai Chi, Qigong, Yoga, Pilates, dance, and meditation into a flowing and mindful practice. It utilizes a small inflatable ball as a prop to facilitate movements and enhance body awareness. ChiBall™ incorporates gentle stretches, flowing movements, breath work, and visualization techniques to promote physical fitness, flexibility, balance, and mental relaxation. It is designed to engage both the body and mind, stimulating the flow of vital energy (Chi) throughout the body and fostering a sense of harmony and well-being.
