I’ve always been highly receptive to emotions, energies, and the subtle dynamics that unfold within each of us and in our interpersonal relationships. People have always tended to naturally open up to me and confide in me.
My journey led me to become a Master Yoga, Breathwork and Meditation Teacher and, in 2021, to discover Gabor Maté’s transformative Compassionate Inquiry program. I went on to complete a coaching certification in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) and Level 1 of Terry Real’s Relational Life Therapy (RLT). I also continue to be inspired by the work of Esther Perel on relationships, Bethany Webster on family patterns and wounds carried across generations, Dr. Shefali on conscious parenting, and David Kessler on grief and loss.
A lifelong learner and curious soul, I believe every life experience is an opportunity to deepen my self-awareness, evolve, and better support others.
In my practice, I gently guide clients toward greater clarity, helping them recognize limiting beliefs and protective patterns, reconnect with their authentic selves, and cultivate a greater sense of ease within themselves and their relationships.
As a Third Culture Kid, I’ve been shaped by a diverse background and am fluent in French, Italian, English, and Spanish. This allows me to connect naturally with people from different backgrounds and perspectives.
- Compassionate Inquiry®Compassionate Inquiry® is a therapeutic approach developed by renowned physician and author Gabor Maté. It combines elements of psychotherapy, mindfulness, and compassion to explore and address the underlying emotional and psychological roots of personal issues and challenges. Compassionate Inquiry® aims to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can deeply examine their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours, uncovering the origins of pain, trauma, and self-limiting patterns. With the guidance of a trained practitioner, individuals engage in self-inquiry, self-reflection, and compassionate exploration to foster healing, self-acceptance, and personal transformation. The process encourages greater self-awareness, understanding, and compassion towards oneself and others.
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that may be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
- Kriya YogaKriya Yoga is a spiritual practice originating from ancient India. It involves a systematic approach to meditation, breath control, and self-realization. Practitioners use specific techniques to channel and elevate spiritual energy through the body's energy centers, aiming to achieve heightened consciousness and inner awakening. Kriya Yoga emphasizes the connection between breath, mind, and soul, guiding individuals toward self-mastery and profound states of meditation. It's associated with various lineages and teachers, including Paramahansa Yogananda, who introduced Kriya Yoga to the West.
