I provide gentle, supportive counselling and integrative therapy for adults experiencing anxiety, stress, trauma, and life transitions. With over 30 years of experience, I offer a warm, compassionate, and practical approach that is tailored to your individual needs.

My work combines evidence-based counselling with body-oriented approaches, including EFT (Emotional Freedom Techniques), applied kinesiology (muscle testing), and other mind-body techniques. These approaches can help reduce emotional overwhelm, process the effects of stress and trauma, and support lasting emotional wellbeing.

Every session is trauma-informed, client-centred, and guided by your goals, creating a safe and supportive space where you can explore challenges at your own pace. Whether you're feeling overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety, recovering from difficult experiences, or navigating a significant life change, I work alongside you to help build resilience, clarity, and confidence.
