Frequency Healing is an integrative wellness practice dedicated to supporting healing on the physical, emotional, energetic and spiritual levels. Recognising that each person is unique, every consultation is tailored to the individual, drawing on a range of complementary therapies to support balance, resilience and overall wellbeing.
At the heart of the practice is Acutonics®, a sound-based therapy that uses precision-calibrated tuning forks applied to acupuncture points, meridians and the biofield to encourage relaxation and restore energetic balance. Consultations may also incorporate homeopathy, using carefully selected remedies to support the body's natural healing response, along with flower essences and nutritional guidance where appropriate.
Astrology provides another valuable perspective by offering insight into an individual's innate strengths, life patterns and potential areas of imbalance. Rather than predicting the future, it is used as a tool for self-awareness and personal growth, helping to guide treatment choices and support a deeper understanding of the mind-body connection.
With a strong background in trauma-informed counselling, Frequency Healing also recognises the profound relationship between emotional experiences and physical health. Integrating counselling principles where appropriate creates a safe, compassionate space to support emotional regulation, resilience and healing alongside complementary therapies.
The aim is not simply to address symptoms, but to support the whole person—mind, body and spirit—while working alongside conventional healthcare whenever appropriate. Whether you are seeking support for stress, sleep, emotional wellbeing, life transitions, chronic health concerns or simply looking to enhance your overall wellness, Frequency Healing offers a personalised and integrative approach that honours your individual healing journey.
- CounsellingCounselling is a form of talk therapy that enhances self-understanding and promotes mental well-being. Through deep listening and empathy, counsellors establish a positive working relationship which creates a safe and confidential space. Within this context, clients can develop effective ways to deal with anxieties and negative life patterns and gain new perspectives in a non-judgemental environment. Sessions can be carried out in person or via telephone or videoconferencing. In some countries, Counselling is regulated. It is essential you are familiar with and adhere to the laws in your state/province or country which govern the appropriate use of titles, require licensure/registration, or a specific level of education.
- HomeopathyHomeopathy, a medical system, developed in Germany by Samuel Hahnermann more than 200 years ago, is an alternative therapy based on the idea of treating “like with like.” By treating a disease or condition with a substance that produces similar symptoms in healthy people, homeopathy activates the body’s natural defences. For example, watery eyes are a common symptom for allergies, so in homeopathy, allergies might be treated with tiny doses of onion, which also makes your eyes water. Homeopaths prescribe natural substances that create similar reactions to a patient’s symptoms, to alleviate them. Before being given to a patient, substances are mixed in a solution of water or alcohol, weakening them substantially, and transferring the substance’s healing essence into the solution.
- Nutritional TherapyNutritional Therapists (NT) help clients to improve longevity, alleviate chronic disease symptoms, and prevent illness. By performing client interviews and analysing food journals and nutritional assessment questionnaires they can make bio-individual recommendations to implement dietary changes, lifestyle choices and over-the-counter nutritional supplementation. They provide non-biased, science-based education on the benefits of a whole foods/nutrient-dense diet and quality nutritional products that support chronic nutritional deficiencies. An NT is not trained to provide medical nutrition therapy or diagnose, treat, prevent, prescribe or cure any pathological condition, illness or disease. For IICT purposes, if you have completed a Diploma in Nutrition Science or the equivalent of 3 years full-time, please refer to the modality Nutrition.
- Acutonics®Acutonics® is an integrated energy medicine practice co-developed by Donna Carey, combining East Asian Medicine, psychology, science, and sound healing principles. Precision-calibrated tuning forks, gongs, and chimes are applied to acupressure and acupuncture points, as well as meridian and chakra energy systems, to stimulate and balance the body's physical and subtle energy fields. The tuning forks are attuned to the universe's tones and planetary signatures, aligning the body with the cycles of the Cosmos. Acutonics® can be used as a stand-alone therapy or alongside other healthcare practices such as acupuncture, massage, and energy medicine to promote healing and relaxation. Essential oils and Tibetan bowls may also be used during sessions.
