Alongside the clinical work, I bring a genuinely holistic view of the person. Years of meditation and qigong practice shape how I hold the work — with real respect for the body, breath, and nervous system as part of any lasting psychological change. Some clients want a strictly evidence-based conversation; others want space to explore meaning or the spiritual dimension of what they're going through. I take my cue from you — either way is welcome.
