I'm Nishia Wadhwani, a CPD Certified ADHD Advanced Coach, Master Life Coach and NLP Master Coach working primarily with late-diagnosed women.

Most of my clients spent decades being told they were disorganised, too sensitive, or not applying themselves. Then a diagnosis arrives, usually in their forties or fifties, and the support stops right at the point the real questions start. That gap is where I work.

I was late-diagnosed myself, and navigated separation, bereavement, menopause and redundancy at the same time without support. My clients don't have to.

My coaching draws on NLP, mindfulness and breathwork alongside practical strategy, because a life that works with an ADHD brain needs more than a system to follow.
