Pam Siddins @ BEST Studio
Pam Siddins is the founder of BEST Studio and a passionate wellbeing practitioner dedicated to helping people feel better in their bodies, calmer in their nervous systems, and more empowered in their lives.
With a holistic approach to wellbeing, Pam recognises that physical tension, emotional stress and our patterns of thinking are often deeply connected. Rather than focusing solely on symptoms, she works with each client as an individual, creating a supportive space to explore what their body and nervous system may need.
Pam is a Master B.E.S.T. Practitioner, Remedial Massage Therapist, Master NLP Practitioner, Master Life Coach and Wellbeing Strategist. Her diverse training allows her to combine hands-on bodywork with nervous system regulation, mindset and behavioural approaches where appropriate.
At BEST Studio, sessions may incorporate B.E.S.T. (Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique), remedial or relaxation massage, lymphatic drainage, reflexology, cupping and wellbeing strategies tailored to the individual.
Pam’s philosophy is simple: when we understand what is happening within us, we create more opportunity for choice and change.
Whether someone is navigating stress and overwhelm, persistent tension, life transitions or simply wants to feel more connected to themselves, Pam provides a grounded, compassionate and practical approach.

- Bio Energetic Synchronization Technique (BEST)Bio-Energetic Synchronization Technique (BEST) is a holistic healing modality that addresses imbalances in the body's energy systems. By combining principles from chiropractic, acupuncture, and energy medicine, BEST aims to restore optimal health and promote self-healing. Practitioners use gentle touches, muscle testing, and specific hand placements to identify and correct stored emotional and energetic blockages, address energetic imprints, and rewire memory patterns. The technique aims to alleviate pain, boost immune function, reduce stress, enhance mental clarity, and improve emotional well-being. BEST is tailored to individual needs and may involve addressing physical, biochemical, emotional, and environmental factors.Training provided by Morter Healthsystem
- Remedial MassageRemedial massage involves the assessment and personalized treatment of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues. Therapists trained in this field locate the source of pain by examining these structures and posture. They then administer targeted massages to enhance blood circulation, improve joint mobility, and aid tissue repair. Remedial massage therapists usually have specific objectives, such as addressing knee, shoulder, or back injuries, which may necessitate multiple sessions. This type of massage can assist with various conditions, including neck, shoulder, and back pain, injury prevention, headaches, fatigue, arthritis, anxiety/depression, diabetes-related symptoms, and addiction recovery.Training provided by Demi International College of Queensland
- Life CoachingLife coaching is a collaborative and goal-oriented process that helps individuals, businesses, and teams to bridge the gap between their current circumstances and success. They provide guidance, support, and motivation to clients by facilitating self-reflection, exploring values, and setting action plans. Through active listening, questioning, and feedback, life coaches help clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to reach their desired outcomes. Life coaching covers various areas of life, such as career, relationships, personal growth, and health. It aims to empower individuals, foster self-awareness, and assist in making positive changes to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that can be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
