Patricia McIntosh is a Transformational Coach, NLP Practitioner and Reiki Master Teacher who is passionate about helping people create meaningful, lasting change. Whether through coaching, NLP or Reiki, she provides a compassionate and supportive space where clients can reconnect with themselves, overcome unhelpful patterns and move towards a calmer, more balanced and fulfilling life.

Supporting others has been a consistent thread throughout Patricia's life. From working in disability services, leadership, staff training and mentoring, to community education, volunteering and practising Reiki, she has always been passionate about helping people grow in confidence, overcome challenges and recognise their own strengths.

Patricia combines professional coaching and NLP training with years of leadership, Reiki practice and a lifelong commitment to personal growth. She believes lasting transformation doesn't come from judgement or forcing yourself to "try harder." It comes from understanding yourself with compassion, recognising the patterns that no longer serve you, and creating a safe foundation for meaningful, lasting change.
