I'm Gemma-Lee Harvey, founder of Phynix By Design ~ Life Reignited. And I believe, you are not defined by whatever you are carrying — you are the person moving through it, and that's where I meet you.

Based at Brightwater Wellness Hub on the Sunshine Coast, Queensland, I've been supporting people since 2017 through the moments life asks the most of them — the relationships that test us, the overwhelm that creeps in, the patterns we can't quite see until someone reflects them back to us.

My work brings together counselling and coaching — sometimes flowing as one continuous process, sometimes standing alone as exactly what's needed in the moment. There's no fixed sequence. It's shaped around what you need, when you need it. I draw on my Master of Holistic Counselling, Life Coaching certifications, Intuitive Spiritual Healing training, and 200-hour Yoga Teacher Training to support the whole person — mind, body, spirit, and emotional wellbeing. I understand that our issues are in our tissues, and I work with that connection directly.

Whatever you arrive with — a diagnosis, a story, a history — I work with the whole person in front of me, not just the label. Because, the phoenix isn't a single dramatic transformation — it's a daily choice to rise, to carry forward the learning, and to release the emotional weight that was never meant to be carried forever.

I primarily support women navigating life's transitions, with a growing number of men now finding their way to this work too. I hold a Blue Card and welcome younger clients into age-appropriate support. Sessions are available in person on the Sunshine Coast and online across Australia.

As a full member of IICT, I'm proud to bring this integrated, whole-person approach into a community of practitioners committed to genuine, ethical care.
