I truly believe that our death is the best life coach we can ever have and my work is built upon a foundation of finding ways to transform your mortality from the monster under the bed to the mentor lying in it. How? Through exploring natural tools for navigating transitions throughout life and at the end of it that help us befriend our brain, body, breath, bonds & beyond. I can't promise that by working with me that life and death will become 'easy', but I can promise that we will find ease along the way as we re~create your relationship with being human mentally, emotionally, physically, relationally, spiritually and practically.
