My mission is to help people reconnect with their authentic selves by bringing awareness to the unconscious patterns, beliefs, emotions and experiences that shape their lives. When we become aware of what has been driving us, we create the possibility for genuine healing, freedom and Transformation.

One thread has connected my entire life: to go to the Essence of things. For more than 15 years, my life has been a journey of understanding what truly helps people transform. I always wanted to understand life from different perspectives. Whether through languages, cultures, psychology, leadership, martial arts, dance, meditation, spirituality, therapy or coaching, We all have preferences to certain styles or forms, but the essence is to understand the universal principles that connect them all.

This has taken me on an extraordinary journey. I lived for a year in a traditional Shaolin Kung Fu school in China, dedicated myself to years of inner work through meditation, plant medicine, spirituality, coaching & therapy, volunteered with refugees and communities around the world.

Alongside my personal journey, I invested deeply in professional development through Compassionate Inquiry®, Robbins-Madanes Strategic Intervention, leadership training, NLP and language education. These experiences have shaped not only my skills, but also the way I relate to people—with curiosity, presence and compassion for every individual's unique path. Now I integrate my personal and professional experience into an approach that is grounded, compassionate and deeply human through Rinspirator.

I create a safe and compassionate space where people can reconnect with themselves, become aware of unconscious patterns, process unresolved emotional experiences and create transformation. I believe we all have an innate capacity for growth, healing and wisdom. Sometimes we need awareness & compassion to reconnect with our essence.

Results Coaching is ideal for individuals seeking to enhance performance, make career transitions, or improve work-life balance. It encourages self-awareness and a proactive mindset, ultimately guiding clients toward tangible, sustainable success.   • Compassionate Inquiry®
    Compassionate Inquiry® is a therapeutic approach developed by renowned physician and author Gabor Maté. It combines elements of psychotherapy, mindfulness, and compassion to explore and address the underlying emotional and psychological roots of personal issues and challenges. Compassionate Inquiry® aims to create a safe and non-judgmental space where individuals can deeply examine their thoughts, beliefs, and behaviours, uncovering the origins of pain, trauma, and self-limiting patterns. With the guidance of a trained practitioner, individuals engage in self-inquiry, self-reflection, and compassionate exploration to foster healing, self-acceptance, and personal transformation. The process encourages greater self-awareness, understanding, and compassion towards oneself and others.
  • Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner
    A Holistic Life Coach & Mind-Body Practitioner integrates holistic health, life coaching, and mind-body practices to support clients' well-being. They consider the physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual aspects of clients to help them achieve health and wellness goals. Trained in nutrition, mindfulness, stress management, and coaching techniques, they create personalized wellness plans that may include meditation, yoga, and breathwork. Their approach is holistic, addressing the whole person to promote overall health and balance.
  • NLP Coaching
    Neuro Linguistic Programming Coaching supports clients to access their dormant potential and achieve more in life. NLP Coaches are trained to detect minute clues in facial expressions, tone of voice, and expressions to uncover limiting beliefs and behaviours. Practitioners support their clients to set goals, break addictive habits, improve performance, and transform their relationships.
