Rev. Siobhán Wilcox is an internationally experienced spiritual wellness educator, holistic practitioner, stress management specialist, author, speaker and professional practitioner trainer with nearly three decades of experience in the fields of holistic health, spiritual wellbeing, stress reduction, energy healing, mindfulness and personal transformation.
She is the Founder and School Director of Sacred Wisdom Academy and Founder of Sacred Wisdom Ministry, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit spiritual organization dedicated to making sacred living, holistic wellness education and transformational practices more accessible within individuals, families and communities.
Originally from Ireland and now based in California, Siobhán brings together more than 28 years of professional experience with a deeply rooted understanding of Celtic spirituality, sacred ceremony, intuitive development, energy work, land healing and earth-based spiritual practices.
Her work bridges practical wellness education with spiritual wisdom. Rather than teaching a single healing modality, Siobhán specializes in helping students understand how stress management, mindfulness, energetic awareness, sacred space, emotional resilience, spiritual practice and holistic self-care can work together as an integrated approach to wellbeing.

Her background includes Reiki Master training, intuitive and spiritual development, Soul Memory Discovery, energy healing, sacred space practices, spiritual clearing, Feng Shui, land healing, ceremony, ritual and earth-based spirituality.
Her work explores the relationship between people, homes, land and energetic environments — helping practitioners develop greater awareness of how physical spaces, emotional experiences, intention and spiritual practices can influence our sense of wellbeing and connection.

Practitioner Training & Sacred Wisdom Academy
As School Director of Sacred Wisdom Academy, Siobhán is passionate about educating the next generation of heart-centered holistic practitioners.
The Academy provides structured practitioner education designed to help students move beyond simply learning techniques and develop the confidence, practical skills, ethical awareness and professional foundations required to work with others.
Training pathways include professional education in Stress Management, Holistic Wellness, Intentional Feng Shui, Land Blessing and Healing, Sacred Earth practices and related spiritual wellness modalities.
Siobhán's philosophy is that powerful practitioners need more than certificates. They need the ability to listen, facilitate, teach, communicate, hold appropriate boundaries, understand scope of practice and create safe, respectful spaces for transformation.
Her practitioner programs therefore combine modality knowledge with experiential learning, personal practice, professional development and practical application.
Her larger vision is to create a network of well-trained holistic wellness practitioners, stress management consultants, spiritual wellness educators and facilitators who can bring accessible wellbeing practices into communities, organizations and families.
Sacred Wisdom Ministry
Siobhán is also Founder of Sacred Wisdom Ministry, a registered 501(c)(3) nonprofit spiritual ministry created to support sacred living, spiritual education, community wellbeing and access to holistic practices.
The Ministry's work recognizes that wellbeing does not happen in isolation. Stress, caregiving responsibilities, financial limitations, family circumstances and lack of access can prevent people from receiving the support and education they need.
Through community programs, scholarships, retreats, workshops and practitioner education, Sacred Wisdom Ministry seeks to make meaningful wellness and spiritual resources more accessible — particularly for people carrying significant caregiving and life responsibilities.
This mission is deeply connected to Siobhán's long-standing work supporting parents, caregivers and families of individuals with additional needs.
Author, Speaker & Caregiver Wellness Advocate
Siobhán is the author of the Amazon bestselling book Thrive Now Blueprint – Self-Care & Success Strategies for Parents of Special Needs Children, published in 2014.
Her work supporting parents and caregivers grew from both professional experience and lived understanding of the extraordinary emotional, physical and practical demands placed upon families providing long-term care.
She has taught and supported hundreds of parents and caregivers through programs focused on stress reduction, resilience, self-care, emotional wellbeing and sustainable caregiving.
Over the course of her career, Siobhán has also appeared in print, radio and television, discussing subjects ranging from stress reduction and holistic wellbeing to energy healing, color therapy and spirituality.
Training Practitioners to Create Meaningful Change
At the heart of Siobhán's work is a simple belief: holistic education should help people create meaningful change in their everyday lives.
Her teaching is experiential, practical and deeply human.
Students are encouraged to develop their own relationship with the practices they learn rather than simply memorizing techniques. Whether studying stress management, holistic wellness, Feng Shui, land healing, energy work, mindfulness, spiritual development or sacred ceremony, students are invited to experience the work personally before learning how to responsibly facilitate it for others.
Through Sacred Wisdom Academy and Sacred Wisdom Ministry, Siobhán continues to develop professional practitioner training, community education, retreats and transformational programs that bring together holistic wellness, spiritual wisdom, stress management, sacred living and professional practitioner development.
Her vision is to empower practitioners who are knowledgeable, compassionate, ethical and confident — and who understand that meaningful healing work begins with respect for the whole person, their environment, their experiences and their individual path.
- Feng ShuiFeng Shui, an ancient Chinese practice, seeks to create harmony and balance by arranging spaces in alignment with the principles of Yin and Yang. By balancing these opposing elements, positive chi (energy) is enhanced, leading to improved health, prosperity, luck, and relationships. Central to Feng Shui is the Bagua, an octagonal map outlining nine energy areas to consider when arranging spaces. Manipulating the five elements (water, wood, fire, earth, and metal) within a space can improve the flow of positive energy. A typical home visit lasts 1-2 hours, during which the practitioner discusses goals, reviews numerology or astrology, makes space arrangement suggestions, and conducts space clearing or blessing to create a harmonious environment.
- Energy HealingEnergy Healing is an umbrella term for the hands-on transference of energy from practitioner to client, balancing the energetic field in their physical and subtle bodies. The general principle is when energy (also known as chi, qi and prana) gets blocked due to physical, mental and chemical stressors, it can promote ‘dis-ease’ in the body. By clearing these pathways via the chakras, meridians, auric body and nadis practitioners can support a person’s innate healing system and promote physical and emotional well-being. Energy healing can be conducted hands-on, hands-off, or transmitted via distance healing. There are several energy healing modalities. For specific techniques such as Reiki, Pranic Healing, Crystal Healing, etc…please refer to those individual modalities.
- Vibrational MedicineVibrational Medicine is a holistic approach to healing that recognizes the interconnectedness of the body, mind, and spirit. It operates on the principle that everything in the universe, including our bodies, is composed of energy and vibrates at specific frequencies. This therapy utilizes various techniques such as sound healing, energy healing, crystals, color therapy, and subtle energy frequencies to restore balance and harmony within the energetic systems of the body. By working with these vibrational frequencies, Vibrational Medicine aims to promote healing, enhance well-being, and address imbalances on an energetic level, supporting the body's natural ability to heal itself.
- Advanced Stress Management Advisor™This 84-unit certification will help a student to recognise the benefits of stress (eustress) compared to when it may lower productivity and cognitive functioning (distress). They’ll be getting an in-depth look at the physiological changes which occur within the body when we are feeling overwhelmed or anxious, and learn why it’s important to be able to recognise these changes. Plus, we’ll be covering several ways to help a client when they feel they are lagging behind and unable to cope as well as methods to help build stress resilience.
- Colour TherapyColor Therapy, also known as Chromotherapy, is a holistic healing modality that utilizes the vibrational frequencies of colours to promote physical, emotional, and mental well-being. Based on the principle that different colours correspond to specific energies within the body, practitioners use coloured lights, fabrics, or visualizations to balance and harmonize these energies. Each colour is believed to have unique properties and effects, influencing mood, emotions, and even physiological processes. Colour Therapy is often used in conjunction with other complementary therapies to address a variety of issues, such as stress, anxiety, and mood disorders. It is a non-invasive and gentle approach to wellness, aiming to restore balance and promote holistic health through the power of colour.
- Kundalini YogaKundalini is an ancient yogic practice popularized in the late 1960s by Yogi Bhajan. It combines pranayama, asana, chanting, meditation, and singing to awaken Kundalini, the primal energy at the base of the spine. The practice cleanses and purifies the glandular system, nervous system, and energy centers. Kundalini sessions, lasting 60-90 minutes, include an opening chant and spinal warm-up, a kriya (sequence of postures with breathing techniques), and a closing meditation or song. Awakening Kundalini may lead to heightened awareness, ecstasy, and experiences of oneness, making it a transformative and spiritually enriching practice.
- Prenatal/Postnatal YogaPre and postpartum women experience a variety of emotional and physiological changes before, during and after birth. Prenatal and postnatal yoga addresses these changes by adapting traditional yoga classes to suit their unique needs. Prenatal and postnatal yoga can provide many benefits during pregnancy, as well as improve labour and birth outcomes and postpartum recovery. Classes are generally 60 - 90 minutes in duration and incorporate breathing, gentle asanas, stretching and mindfulness.
- Reiki III (Master)Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions. For IICT purposes, a Reiki Master is someone who is qualified to teach and attune others to Reiki.
