About

Hi, I'm Shannon.

I believe healing isn't about becoming someone new.

It's about returning home to the woman you've always been.

For many years I've had the privilege of walking alongside women as they navigate life's challenges, supporting them to reconnect with themselves in a way that feels safe, gentle and deeply nurturing.

My work brings together intuitive healing, energy healing, soul-led mentoring, inner child healing, mindfulness, meditation, sound healing and spiritual guidance to support women on their unique journey back to themselves.

Every session is intuitively guided because no two women walk the same path.

Whether you're feeling emotionally exhausted, disconnected from yourself, moving through a life transition, or simply longing to feel more like you again, I hold a compassionate space where you can slow down, soften, release what no longer serves you, and reconnect with your own inner wisdom.

My intention is never to fix you.

I believe you are already whole.

Sometimes we simply need a safe space to quiet the noise, reconnect with our hearts, trust our intuition, and remember the truth of who we are.

It is an honour to walk beside each woman who feels called to this work, supporting her as she returns home to herself—with compassion, love, and trust.

  • Root-Cause Therapy™
Root-Cause Therapy™ is a holistic approach aiming to identify and address the underlying factors contributing to physical, emotional, or psychological issues. It delves beyond surface symptoms, seeking to uncover and resolve the fundamental causes of distress or imbalance. By exploring past experiences, traumas, thought patterns, and belief systems, Root-Cause Therapy™ aims to facilitate profound healing and sustainable change. It often involves various therapeutic techniques tailored to individual needs, such as cognitive-behavioral therapy, mindfulness practices, and somatic experiencing. The goal is to empower individuals to break free from recurrent patterns, cultivate resilience, and foster a deeper sense of well-being, promoting holistic health on multiple levels.
  • Meditation
Meditation is an umbrella term for a number of practices that train the meditator to be present to their thoughts with awareness and without judgement. Counter to the conditioning of the mind/body system, positive effects of meditation can be heightened relaxation, the building of etheric energy and deeper awareness. Through either sustained focus, mindfulness, or the cultivation of compassion, meditation can clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety.
  • Yoga
A physical, mental and spiritual practice, Yoga is a Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas dating more than 2,500 years. Classes are generally 1 - 1 ½ hrs in duration and incorporate physical postures and movement (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama), relaxation and concentration, philosophy, and meditation. Yoga benefits the physical and mental body by enhancing flexibility, improving muscle strength and tone, increasing body awareness, and promoting relaxation and calm.
  • Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a meditative form of Yoga based on Taoist principles, targeting deep connective tissues through passive, longer-held postures. Postures mainly focus on the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine, held for three to five minutes or longer. Stressing the connective tissue helps lengthen and strengthen it. On an energetic level, each posture is associated with a different meridian, restoring harmony and increasing chi. Classes usually last 60 - 90 minutes, including pranayama, meditation, and asanas. Yin Yoga offers a profound and introspective practice, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and energetic balance.
  • Remedial Massage
Remedial massage involves the assessment and personalized treatment of muscles, tendons, ligaments, and connective tissues. Therapists trained in this field locate the source of pain by examining these structures and posture. They then administer targeted massages to enhance blood circulation, improve joint mobility, and aid tissue repair. Remedial massage therapists usually have specific objectives, such as addressing knee, shoulder, or back injuries, which may necessitate multiple sessions. This type of massage can assist with various conditions, including neck, shoulder, and back pain, injury prevention, headaches, fatigue, arthritis, anxiety/depression, diabetes-related symptoms, and addiction recovery.
  • Reiki III (Master)
Reiki is a hands-on energy healing method developed by Mikao Usui in 1922. What sets it apart is the attunements passed from Teacher/Master to student, opening up their energy fields. Reiki involves transferring universal life force energy from practitioner to client, with hands placed on or above specific body locations. Symbols are used with different intentions, visualized or drawn. Reiki can be done in person or through distant healing, lasting 60-90 minutes. It aids in pain relief, healing, relaxation, and balancing chakras and aura energy. Clients remain clothed on a massage table during sessions. For IICT purposes, a Reiki Master is someone who is qualified to teach and attune others to Reiki.
  • Holistic Counselling
Holistic Counselling is a form of therapy that looks at clients as a whole, integrated individual. Rather than just treating the symptoms, Holistic Counsellors look at the interconnectedness of the body, mind and spirit. In addition to talk therapy, Holistic Counsellors draw on a range of treatment protocols. Depending on their scope of practice, these techniques may include, but are not limited to, Hypnotherapy, Art, Meditation and Mindfulness, Breathwork, Energy Healing and Psychotherapy. It involves the intentional use of various sound instruments and techniques, such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chanting, to create harmonic frequencies that resonate with the body and mind. Sound vibrations can penetrate deeply, releasing tension, reducing stress, and stimulating the body's natural healing abilities. Sound Therapy can be beneficial for improving sleep, reducing anxiety, enhancing meditation, and promoting overall emotional and physical wellbeing. It provides a therapeutic and immersive experience that harmonises and restores the body's energy flow.
