I work with people who are ready to start releasing their pain.

You’ve done the talk therapy. You know your story inside out. But you’re still triggered. Still hypervigilant. Always expecting the worse.

That’s not because you haven’t worked hard enough. It’s because the body holds what the mind can’t process alone.

I work with people who are tired of quick fixes and surface-level advice. People who want real change - the kind that comes from understanding what’s underneath the patterns, reactions, and stories they have been carrying for years.

My approach is honest and deeply supportive. We don’t avoid the hard stuff - we gently explore the parts of your past and your inner world that you’ve been circling around but never quite able to shift. Together, we make sense of it, so it becomes the foundation for your next stage of growth.

I don’t use one size fits all methods or promise overnight results. I offer personalised, grounded body-based work that helps you create lasting change - the kind that actually sticks because it’s built from the inside out.

How I work
As a Root-Cause Therapy Practitioner, I use a holistic, somatic approach to help you find the root causes of what you’re carrying - without needing to retell every painful detail. We work through the body, not around it.

Each session begins with a short grounding technique, so your nervous system can settle before we dive in. The focus is on emotions, limiting beliefs, and what you’re feeling in your body. A bit less talk therapy. A lot more release.

After each session, you’ll receive a recap email and a check-in the next day - because integration matters, and you won’t be left alone with it.
