Born in Australia, we stand proudly as an all-female led, Online Yoga School, created from scratch by Sian Pascale. We offer students access to on demand classes via our Online Yoga Studio, as well as Yoga Teacher Trainings to support teachers that are embodied in a soulful and holistic way of teaching yoga.
What offer authentic teachings, grounded in the Indian Yogic Tradition, that are accessible and modern, providing a pathway to experience the world with an open heart and nourished body.
We strive to teach in a way that embodies Divine Feminine principles and understands that women have a unique and specific rhythm, that like the phases of nature, that is to be respected and supported.

- YogaA physical, mental and spiritual practice, Yoga is a Vedic tradition of India and the Himalayas dating more than 2,500 years. Classes are generally 1 - 1 ½ hrs in duration and incorporate physical postures and movement (asanas), breath exercises (pranayama), relaxation and concentration, philosophy, and meditation.
