Owen has practised Stillness Meditation for decades. He has facilitated Stillness Meditation and Meditative Touch Therapy for thousands of people and has written four books on Stillness Meditation. His work follows Dr Ainslie Meares’ blueprint while drawing selectively on complementary approaches where appropriate. Owen is also a Reiki Master (Shinpiden) and has studied a broad range of meditative, hypnotic and touch-based traditions. He has also assisted professional associations implement the National Code of Conduct Law for non-registered practitioners.

He offers Stillness Meditation Tuition so you can learn to be Still yourself whenever and wherever you want. He also offers Reiki or Pellowah Healing Sessions as an option for people preferring a "tune-up" treatment approach. You can transition to self healing meditation later on if you choose to do so. His website, www.stillnessmeditationtouchtherapy.com.au, is the best source of the latest booking times available within his most up to date booking schedule which will vary from the choices available on well-r.

I see people in physical presence in my studio in Ringwood, Melbourne and booking is via computerised system on my website or via email.

The Reiki II entry on this website is being updated to Reiki III (Reiki Master).
