How it Started
For over 24 years, I was a smoker. I knew it wasn’t good for me, but I struggled to stop. Then, one session with a skilled hypnotherapist made all the difference, giving me control over a habit that had stuck with me for years. That experience changed everything, and I knew I wanted to help others experience the same shift.
Leaving Corporate for a Purposeful Career
For years, I’d worked in corporate marketing, but the work wasn’t fulfilling for me. After seeing what hypnotherapy could do, I knew I had to make a change. I studied at the Academy of Therapeutic Hypnosis in Sydney, with additional specialisation in:

Note: Clinical Hypnotherapy is distinct from Hypnotherapy. Each has different study requirements.
