  • Shamanic Womancraft
Shamanic Womancraft is a practice that guides women through their shamanic experiences of menstruation, conception, pregnancy, birth, and menopause. Practitioners offer guidance and hold space for women's inner and outer worlds, helping them connect with their inner knowing and heal the wounded feminine. By attuning to dreams, intuition, and nature, women can reclaim lost parts of themselves and step into empowerment. Shamanic Womancraft can be facilitated through woman's circles, ceremonies, rituals, community gatherings, drum-making workshops, and one-on-one sessions. The focus is on empowering women and helping them embrace the wisdom of cycles and rites of passage.
  • Yin Yoga
Yin Yoga is a meditative form of Yoga based on Taoist principles, targeting deep connective tissues through passive, longer-held postures. Postures mainly focus on the hips, pelvis, inner thighs, and lower spine, held for three to five minutes or longer. Stressing the connective tissue helps lengthen and strengthen it. On an energetic level, each posture is associated with a different meridian, restoring harmony and increasing chi. Classes usually last 60 - 90 minutes, including pranayama, meditation, and asanas. Yin Yoga offers a profound and introspective practice, promoting flexibility, relaxation, and energetic balance.
