Approved Modalities
  • Past Life Regression Therapy
Past Life Regression Therapy is based on the premise that humans experience many incarnations and there is a carry-over from one life to the next. By guiding clients into a relaxed state (similar to hypnosis), practitioners can help their clients to access memories from a past life in an effort to resolve or find clarity around a specific emotional, physical or spiritual issue. Accessing past lives may also provide insight into why their clients feel drawn to certain places or people or why they have certain talents or affinities. Past Life Regression Therapists are not qualified to provide counselling/therapy and anything outside their scope of practice should be referred to a medical professional.
  • Akashic Records
Akashic Records Healing is an Energy Healing technique where the practitioner accesses a person's soul records to gain insight into their experiences and challenges. They may also perform Energy Healing to address physical, mental, emotional, and spiritual issues. The Akashic Records are believed to be an energetic library containing every aspect of a soul's past experiences. This practice finds its roots in various cultures and philosophies, and it aims to provide deep understanding and healing. The term "Akasha" was first introduced by H.P. Blavatsky in the late 1800s through the Theosophical Society.
  • Quantum Healing Hypnosis Technique (QHHT)®
Created by Dolores Cannon, Quantum Healing Hypnosis Therapy (QHHT)® is an integrated regression process that takes clients into the deepest possible level of hypnosis, somnambulistic or Theta condition. QHHT® is based on the premise that clients will travel to the most appropriate time and place which can include present day, future lives, parallel lives or other planets and dimensions. In this place, they can connect with their Super Conscious and, guided by the QHHT® facilitator, obtain solutions and answers to specific questions and resolve any requests for information and healing.
  • Hypnotherapy
Hypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes hypnosis to access and influence the subconscious mind. It involves inducing a relaxed state, known as a trance, where the individual is open to positive suggestions and guided imagery. This altered state of consciousness allows the hypnotherapist to work with the client's deeper levels of awareness to address and transform limiting beliefs, behaviours, and emotional patterns. It is a collaborative process that aims to harness the power of the mind for personal growth and healing. For our purposes, it is important to differentiate Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy from Clinical Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapists undergo extensive training and are skilled in Counselling/Psychotherapy, making them adept at handling more complex cases such as trauma/PTSD, fears and phobias, sexual dysfunction, and so on.
  • Pellowah Healing Technique
Pellowah is a hands-off energetic healing modality that translates to, “radical shift in consciousness.” It was first channelled in 2003 by Australian Spiritual teacher Kachina Ma’an. Practitioners channel source energy to balance a client’s meridians and activate their 12 DNA strands. Clients remain clothed for the entirety of the session, which is generally 45 - 60 minutes in duration.
  • Meditation
Meditation is an umbrella term for a number of practices that train the meditator to be present to their thoughts with awareness and without judgement. Counter to the conditioning of the mind/body system, positive effects of meditation can be heightened relaxation, the building of etheric energy and deeper awareness. Through either sustained focus, mindfulness, or the cultivation of compassion, meditation can clear the mind and ease many health concerns, such as high blood pressure, depression and anxiety.
  • Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) is a widely used therapeutic approach that focuses on the connection between thoughts, emotions, and behaviors. It aims to identify and modify negative thought patterns and beliefs that contribute to distressing emotions and problematic behaviors. Through collaborative and goal-oriented sessions, CBT helps individuals develop strategies to challenge and reframe negative thinking, build healthier coping skills, and promote positive behavioral changes. It is a structured and evidence-based therapy that is effective in treating a range of mental health conditions, including anxiety disorders, depression, phobias, and post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD). CBT empowers individuals to actively participate in their own healing and promotes long-term psychological wellbeing.
  • Counselling
Counselling is a form of talk therapy that enhances self-understanding and promotes mental well-being. Through deep listening and empathy, counsellors establish a positive working relationship which creates a safe and confidential space. Within this context, clients can develop effective ways to deal with anxieties and negative life patterns and gain new perspectives in a non-judgemental environment. Sessions can be carried out in person or via telephone or videoconferencing. In some countries, Counselling is regulated. It is essential you are familiar with and adhere to the laws in your state/province or country which govern the appropriate use of titles, require licensure/registration, or a specific level of education.
