  • Forest Therapy
    Forest Therapy, also known as Shinrin-Yoku, is a practice that involves immersing oneself in nature and mindfully experiencing the healing benefits of the forest environment. It is a guided sensory experience that encourages individuals to engage with their surroundings through gentle walks, mindfulness exercises, and sensory awareness. Forest Therapy offers a chance to disconnect from the stresses of daily life, reduce anxiety, and cultivate a deeper connection with nature. It can improve mood, boost immune function, and promote overall wellbeing. Forest Therapy provides an opportunity to slow down, reconnect with oneself and the natural world, and experience the calming and rejuvenating effects of spending time in the forest.
  • Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy (HICAT)
    Holistic Integrated Creative Arts Therapy is a mental health profession that uses the creative process of art-making to improve and enhance the physical, mental and emotional well-being of individuals of all ages. It uses art, music, drama, dance/movement, poetry/creative writing, play, sandplay and storytelling in the context of therapy, counselling, rehabilitation and holistic healing. Holistic Integrative Creative Arts Therapists are not qualified medical professionals and must refer their clients to a healthcare professional for anything outside their scope of practice. The term Art Therapy, Art Therapist or similar terms may be regulated in certain countries. Please ensure you are aware of any government regulations prior to setting up your practice.
