- CounsellingCounselling is a form of talk therapy that enhances self-understanding and promotes mental well-being. Through deep listening and empathy, counsellors establish a positive working relationship which creates a safe and confidential space. Within this context, clients can develop effective ways to deal with anxieties and negative life patterns and gain new perspectives in a non-judgemental environment. Sessions can be carried out in person or via telephone or videoconferencing. In some countries, Counselling is regulated. It is essential you are familiar with and adhere to the laws in your state/province or country which govern the appropriate use of titles, require licensure/registration, or a specific level of education.
- HypnotherapyHypnotherapy is a therapeutic technique that utilizes hypnosis to access and influence the subconscious mind. It involves inducing a relaxed state, known as a trance, where the individual is open to positive suggestions and guided imagery. This altered state of consciousness allows the hypnotherapist to work with the client's deeper levels of awareness to address and transform limiting beliefs, behaviours, and emotional patterns. It is a collaborative process that aims to harness the power of the mind for personal growth and healing. For our purposes, it is important to differentiate Hypnosis/Hypnotherapy from Clinical Hypnotherapy. Clinical Hypnotherapists undergo extensive training and are skilled in Counselling/Psychotherapy, making them adept at handling more complex cases such as trauma/PTSD, fears and phobias, sexual dysfunction, and so on.

They provide guidance, support, and motivation to clients by facilitating self-reflection, exploring values, and setting action plans. Through active listening, questioning, and feedback, life coaches help clients gain clarity, overcome obstacles, and develop strategies to reach their desired outcomes. Life coaching covers various areas of life, such as career, relationships, personal growth, and health. It aims to empower individuals, foster self-awareness, and assist in making positive changes to create a more fulfilling and balanced life.
- Multiple Brain Integration Techniques mBITMultiple Brain Integration Techniques (mBIT) is a coaching model that draws from the latest neuroscience research to integrate the functions of the three main parts of the brain: the head brain, the heart brain, and the gut-brain. The techniques aim to align and balance these three brains to enable individuals to make better decisions, increase self-awareness, and improve their communication and relationships. mBIT is based on the idea that each of the three brains has unique capabilities and that when all three work together, individuals can achieve optimal performance and decision-making abilities. The model includes techniques such as meditation, self-reflection, and guided visualization, among others, to help individuals integrate and align their three brains.
- Neuro Linguistic Programming (NLP)Co-founded by Richard Bandler and John Grinder in the 1970’s, Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP) enables us to understand how our brain processes the words we use and how that can effect our programming and behaviour. Engaging various tools and techniques, practitioners support clients with re-programming their neurology, language and actions. Rather than allowing thoughts to be passive, NLP techniques help to look at thoughts, feelings and emotions as things that can be controlled. Techniques can include things such as Imagery Training, NLP Swish, Modelling, Mirroring, and Incantations.
- Time Line Therapy®Founded by Tad James Co. in 1986, Time Line Therapy® is the latest development in Neuro-Linguistic Programming (NLP). Time Line Therapy® techniques utilize a person’s own internal “Time Line” to work with their unconscious minds in a variety of ways; including, healing emotional traumas and eradicating unwanted thoughts, emotions and behaviours. A person's “Time Line” is how they unconsciously store their memories or how they unconsciously know the difference between a memory from the past and a projection of the future. Behavioural change in an individual takes place at an unconscious level. The Time Line Therapy® techniques allow people to work at the unconscious level and release the effects of past negative experiences and change “inappropriate” programming in minutes rather than days, months or years.
