Ellena Spence is the founder of Align Intu-it, a Brisbane-based practice supporting women through burnout, life transitions and quiet misalignment. She works with women who look successful on the outside but feel depleted, stuck or disconnected within — helping them move beyond coping into genuine clarity, stability and self-trust.
Ellena's approach is shaped by two very different worlds. She spent over 25 years in senior and executive Human Resources roles, gaining deep insight into how sustained pressure, responsibility and unspoken expectation shape identity and behaviour. Alongside this, she trained for two decades in modalities that work beneath the surface: ThetaHealing®, kinesiology, subconscious pattern work, nervous system regulation, somatic integration, sound healing and frequency medicine. This dual background lets her meet both the strategy and the soul of a person's experience in the same room.
Central to her work is the Threshold Realignment Method™, a five-stage process guiding women from the moment old patterns stop working through to a life, career and sense of self that feel authentically their own. Rather than treating burnout, stress or loss of direction as problems to fix, Ellena views them as thresholds — meaningful crossings that signal readiness for change.
Ellena's offerings include 1:1 Transformation and Intuitive Healing Sessions, Soul Blueprint Readings, tailored session packages, and dedicated support for professionals navigating performance pressure or career pivots. She is also a ThetaHealing® practitioner and instructor, running 1:1 sessions and practitioner training, and hosts sound baths, workshops and the Return to Her retreat for women wanting to go deeper in community.
Sessions run in person in Brisbane or online. Ellena's work is grounded, precise and never asks clients to be anything other than exactly where they are.

- ThetaHealing®ThetaHealing® is a holistic healing technique that utilizes the Theta brainwave state to identify and change limiting beliefs, patterns, and emotions. Developed by Vianna Stibal, it combines elements of spirituality, quantum physics, and energy healing. Practitioners access the Theta brainwave state through meditation, allowing them to connect with the subconscious mind and facilitate deep healing and transformation. By exploring and replacing negative beliefs with positive ones, ThetaHealing® aims to release blocks and create profound shifts in mindset and behavior. This modality is used to address physical, emotional, and spiritual issues, promoting self-awareness, empowerment, and personal growth. ThetaHealing® offers a gentle yet powerful approach to healing, harnessing the innate wisdom and potential within each individual.
- Transpersonal Crystal Healing®Transpersonal Crystal Healing® is a holistic modality that combines transpersonal counseling with traditional crystal healing. It involves using crystals to treat a person's energetic body, addressing emotional, psychological, spiritual, and physical aspects to uncover the root cause of imbalances. Sessions last around 60 minutes and are conducted with the client fully clothed. Developed by Kate Mantello, this approach attunes individuals to the transformative intelligence of crystals, achieving powerful healing results by going beyond the external personality and delving into the deeper layers of the self.
- IridologyIridology, established by Philippi Meyers in 1670 and further developed by Ignaz Péczely in 1881, helps holistic practitioners assess a client's constitution and identify potential organ and system imbalances or predisposition to certain diseases. Practitioners use a magnifying glass or iris camera to examine the iris's structure, texture, and color, referring to a chart that maps the iris into zones to identify health and sub-health issues. Changes over time can help track conditions' progression or improvement. Iridology is not used for diagnosis but rather for implementing preventive strategies and therapeutic lifestyle changes in holistic practices.
- Sound TherapySound Therapy is a healing modality that utilises the power of sound and vibrations to promote relaxation, balance, and wellbeing. It involves the intentional use of various sound instruments and techniques, such as singing bowls, gongs, tuning forks, and chanting, to create harmonic frequencies that resonate with the body and mind. Sound vibrations can penetrate deeply, releasing tension, reducing stress, and stimulating the body's natural healing abilities. Sound Therapy can be beneficial for improving sleep, reducing anxiety, enhancing meditation, and promoting overall emotional and physical wellbeing. It provides a therapeutic and immersive experience that harmonises and restores the body's energy flow.
- Genome HealingGenome Healing is a self-help method developed by Carole Robert, based on ancient spiritual wisdom, quantum physics, and healing methods from Russia. It empowers individuals to harness their innate healing abilities by co-creating with the divine. Through communication with their cells, participants can transform negative energy, activating the body's self-healing power. The system addresses various issues, including trauma, pain, phobias, and more, not only for the individual but also for their ancestors and future generations. A session typically lasts one hour and can be conducted in person or over live teleconferencing.
- Tuning ForkTuning Forks is a sound therapy using two-pronged forks that vibrate at specific frequencies. Practitioners activate the fork and place it on or above the body's acupressure points to stimulate energy flow. Each fork emits a unique frequency that corresponds to different organs and cells in the body. By using tuning forks, practitioners can bring the body back into harmony and promote natural energy flow. Weighted tuning forks are used directly on the body for joint pain relief, while unweighted forks are used near the ears or off the body to encourage relaxation and emotional shifts. Sound therapy, including tuning forks, can improve joint function, reduce pain, aid nervous system regulation, and provide various health benefits.
- Soul AlignmentSoul Alignment is a spiritual concept that refers to the process of connecting with one's true self and purpose, aligning with the higher self or soul. It involves gaining clarity about one's values, passions, and life mission, and living in alignment with these principles. Soul Alignment often includes intuitive guidance, oracle cards and energy healing to gain to a deeper sense of inner fulfillment and peace. By aligning with their soul's purpose, individuals can experience a greater sense of meaning, authenticity, and harmony in their lives, allowing them to live in accordance with their highest potential.
- PilatesPilates is a physical fitness system that was developed in the early 20th century to strengthen, stretch and stabilise key muscles. Pilates instructors encourage their clients to use correct alignment, centring, concentration, control, precision, breathing and flowing movement to build strength, flexibility and lean muscle tone. The emphasis in Pilates is on lengthening the body and aligning the spine, rather than on bulking and shortening the muscles. Pilates either takes place on a mat, with a barre, or with the use of a reformer -- a machine that provides resistance to lift against. Practitioners believe that mental and physical health are essential to one another and use this method of total body conditioning to achieve this balance.
