I'm Lisa Bowen, founder of Elisi Coaching, a holistic coaching practice built on four simple values: Nurturing, Uplifting, Unique and Trust. They shape every conversation, every session and every programme I create.

As The Mindset Alchemist, a NLP Practitioner with a Dip in Neuroscience Leadership, I create the space for you to remember who you are underneath all the masks society expects us to wear🎭

Imagine a cross between "Mary Poppins and a Jedi Knight," & you get my alter ego Elisi, bringing grandmotherly love, Jedi wisdom & the curiosity, humour and practical tools of Mary Poppins, creating a safe, supportive & nurturing space to let go of what doesn't serve you & remember what does.

While online coaching is at the heart of what I do, I also draw on complementary therapies, including Bowen Therapy, Qigong and Sound Healing where they will best support the individual. Every session is tailored because no two people, or their journeys, are ever the same. Whilst these are usually local to Geraldton, remote work is available.

I believe that life happens for us as much as it happens to us. Sometimes all it takes is someone walking beside us, asking the right questions and shining a light on possibilities we couldn't yet see ourselves.
