Dr Glynis Longhurst is the founder of Meridian Biokinetics, where she brings together her extensive background in movement, rehabilitation, education, and complementary wellbeing practices.

Her approach to Restorative Therapy combines gentle hand acupressure, therapeutic tuning forks, mindfulness, nervous system regulation, and functional movement. Glynis is passionate about helping people reconnect with their bodies, ease tension, improve movement, and create a greater sense of balance and wellbeing.
