For tweens, she created the Self Love Club; a mindfulness club where she empowers girls through games, kids yoga, mindfulness and meditation.

Kate has studied Reiki, Aromatherapy, Crystal Healing, Chakra Healing, Mindfulness, Teacher Training, Kids Yoga, Taoism and Energetics and is a writer and storyteller.
