Michelle Davidson is an experienced hypnotherapist and mindset practitioner who has been helping people make positive changes since 2012.

Based on the Sunshine Coast, Michelle offers practical, solution-focused hypnotherapy in person and online. She works with clients who are ready to make a change, including quitting smoking or vaping, reducing alcohol, managing anxiety and stress, improving sleep, overcoming fears and phobias, and changing unwanted habits.

Michelle’s approach combines hypnotherapy with an understanding of how habits, thoughts and automatic responses develop. Sessions are relaxed, confidential and tailored to the individual rather than following a one-size-fits-all script.

Her focus is simple: help people use their own mind more effectively so the change they consciously want becomes easier to achieve.

Michelle offers in-person appointments on the Sunshine Coast, with online sessions also available.
